Description

This four-page guidance note provides an overview of changes to Approved Document L2: Buildings other than dwellings within Part L of the Building Regulations, which had not been updated for nearly a decade. It covers the new emphasis placed on the adoption of a fabric first approach, with higher minimum fabric standards for the external envelope and improved airtightness, along with the use of low-carbon heating technologies.
